As former CEO of Bagdoom, he founded “Krishti”- the first digital marketplace for rural women SMEs, training 450+ SMEs (with an artisan pool of 10,000+) on ecommerce from 2017-2019 in partnership with WEESMS & Asia Foundation. The project won BASIS National ICT Award in Social Inclusion category & prestigious Daily Star ICT Award in 2019. Over his tenure, he generated high GMV growth of BDT. 2.5L/month to 2.75 crore/month (2016-2019)
Till 2010, as Account Director, of Asiatic JWT, he led the launching of Airtel in Bangladesh. He was also the brand custodian of B&H in Ogilvy & Mather. As research manager in OwnerIQ Inc. Boston, enhanced his expertise in data-driven marketing & analytics, in DSP led highly robust ad-tech ecosystem
He named and creative ideated: Bidyanondo Foundation & Airtel Buzz alongside naming, ideating, designing his own ventures
Whatever leadership position he holds, he still loves designing, curating or storytelling for Baah, from scratch till end alongside impacting people’s life in a meaningful way.
