As former CEO of Bagdoom, he founded “Krishti”- the first digital marketplace for rural women SMEs, training 450+ SMEs (with an artisan pool of 10,000+) on ecommerce from 2017-2019 in partnership with WEESMS & Asia Foundation. The project won BASIS National ICT Award in Social Inclusion category & prestigious Daily Star ICT Award in 2019. Over his tenure, he generated high GMV growth of BDT. 2.5L/month to 2.75 crore/month (2016-2019)

Till 2010, as Account Director, of Asiatic JWT, he led the launching of Airtel in Bangladesh. He was also the brand custodian of B&H in Ogilvy & Mather. As research manager in OwnerIQ Inc. Boston, enhanced his expertise in data-driven marketing & analytics, in DSP led highly robust ad-tech ecosystem
